
Former supermodel Tyra Banks has asked acclaimed poet and writer Dr Maya Angelou to help her out in finding a suitable lover, after admitting on the author’s radio show she wants romance in her life to spice it up.
During a recent appearance on Angelou’s Oprah + Friends satellite radio program, the former catwalk star told her host that she’s eager to add love to her dull and busy life.
“I know you know somebody that’s a nice, upstanding young gentleman that you can hook me up with,” Contactmusic quoted Banks, 32, who’s convinced Angelou would be the perfect person to help her find her companion, as saying.
In her reply, Angelou advised Banks to slow her life down a little and pen a poem about her perfect man.
