Attorneys for Rob Lowe and one of the former nannies he’s been battling have filed court papers requesting that their respective lawsuits be dismissed.
Ex-employee Jessica Gibson sued Lowe and his wife, claiming sexual harassment and other offenses, in April 2008—one week after the Lowes sued her for allegedly breaching the confidentiality clause she signed when she went to work for them and conspiring to demand $1.5 million in exchange for keeping quiet about some supposed familial dirty laundry.
