Oops, She Did it Again!!

Britney Spears has reportedly left Promises Treatment Center less than 24 hours after checking in.

According to TMZ, Extra, and Entertainment Tonight, the 25-year-old pop star has left rehab again for the second time this month. On February 15, Spears checked herself into Crossroads Centre — a treatment facility founded by musician Eric Clapton — only to check out the following day.

Extra also reports that Spears tried to get into a tattoo parlor before going home but it was closed.

This marks the second time the singer has visited a tattoo parlor in less than a week.

Britney is also having a tough time as her family has frozen all her credit cards. One of her stupid dancer girlfriend drove her from rehab this morning.
