Kate Lets Jon Have His Cake and Hang Out, Too

Kate Gosselin apparently figured she could handle one evening in Jon’s company.
Instead of demanding that her estranged hubby leave their home immediately following their twin daughters’ 9th-birthday party this evening, she relented and let him stay until the kids’ bedtime, according to the man himself.
“We’re trying to be cordial for Mady and Cara,” he said during a break in the festivities.
Joking that the party “could be World War III,” Jon had complained yesterday that Kate was trying to manipulate their custody agreement to shorten his time with the girls, but he seemed in better spirits today after picking the twins up from the school bus stop and joining them for dinner.
