Victoria Beckham was in all black this morning when she touched down at London’s Heathrow airport. She’s back in England after last being there just two weeks ago. Jet-setting Posh also recently spent time in NYC to celebrate Valentine’s Day with David and preside over her well-received Fall Fashion Week show. She then headed back to LA, where she partied at a pre-Oscars bash with her family. David and the boys stayed behind in California so the athletic dad can keep working with the Galaxy and have fun with their boys. David and Victoria are tending to their respective work duties, but they’re jointly prepping for the July arrival of their fourth child. Their pal Eva Longoria is in charge of the baby shower, and an early 4D scan apparently shows that the baby has Posh’s nose!

David and Victoria Beckham were spotted together again in NYC last night leaving their hotel. The duo are apparently wrapping up their stay in the Big Apple, where Victoria has been based for the last week focusing on her big new show during Fashion Week. Despite her work obligations, she cleared her schedule for a special Valentine’s Day date night with her husband. She also had time to swing by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon for a chat about her British Vogue cover shoot and not knowing the gender of her and David’s fourth child. The couple – who are worth an estimated $180 million – were reportedly advised by financial experts to get rid of a third of the employees who work in their homes in England, Los Angeles, Dubai and France because they were “wasting”money.

A source close to the couple told The Sun newspaper: “This very no-nonsense accountant gave it to Victoria straight and said, ‘You can afford to employ all of these people. But why the hell do you?’”

“David and Victoria are multi-millionaires, but that doesn’t mean they have to waste money – and they were hemorrhaging it.”

Among those employed by the couple – who have sons Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, seven, and four-year-old Cruz – around the world are personal assistants, chefs, cleaners, gardeners, builders, nannies, and property agents.

Those who have been cut include a cleaner at the couple’s home in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, East England, who had worked for the pair for eight years.

The chief gardener at the estate has been asked to also work as a driver, to save on chauffeur bills. Six other gardeners have also been axed from the couple’s home in Bargemon, France.

The source added: “Once the accountant pointed out that level of staffing was not required Victoria pushed the button. There has been a large downsize.”

The 36-year-old singer-turned-fashion designer – who has three children, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, seven, and Cruz, five, with soccer star David Beckham – is very strict with her kids but has never “physically” punished them for bad behavior.

She is quoted by the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: “We watch movies together as a family and invite guests too. We are also very strict about the children doing their homework and going to bed on time.”

“Cruz goes to bed at 7pm, Romeo goes at 7.30pm and Brooklyn at 9.30pm. I firmly believe that children need a basic routine.”

“We have got a punishment chair – when you’ve done something naughty you are supposed to sit down on it and think over your behavior. But I have never had to punish them physically. I think they are all very clever boys and besides they’ve got very good manners.”

The former Spice Girl also lifted the lid on her relationship with husband David, insisting he is her “best friend.”

She said: “We are as in love, if not more in love than ever. We are best friends. We never put pressure on each other.”

“It was our 11th wedding anniversary at the weekend and we celebrated it in style. People assume I don’t drink but I’m only human and I can get p***ed and get hangovers like everybody else. But it was a fabulous party.”

The former singer turned fashion designer has reportedly started on the new fitness regime – which combines the ancient meditative practice of yoga with astrology, the study of the stars and starsigns – after being introduced to it by actress Jennifer Aniston.

A friend told Heat magazine: “Victoria hates working out in the gym, but she has to keep in shape, so she is always on the lookout for a new exercise regime.”

“She bought the Yogalosophy DVD and does her workout at home around four times a week to ‘align her mind and spirit.’ She’s really starting to notice the difference.”

Yogalosophy was invented by personal trainer Mandy Ingber and requires the user to do a number of challenging stretching routines to aid weight loss and increase muscle definition.

Mandy said: “Yogalosophy can help you use the natural flow to recreate your body through intentions, emotions, and other motivational triggers.”

“The Bounty Hunter” star Jennifer has long been an advocate of Yogalosophy, previously saying it is “one of the most fun, challenging workouts I’ve ever had.”

The former Spice Girl – who already has three sons, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, seven, and five-year-old Cruz, with her soccer superstar husband David – wants to add a daughter to her family and has taken up a new eating plan loaded with carbohydrates to achieve her dream.

The 35-year-old star – who is known to predominantly eat fresh fruit and vegetables and steamed fish to maintain her slender figure – has been munching on pasta dishes, brown bread, rice and meals which include potatoes.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “It’s no secret Victoria and David want a little girl. She’s been told by docs her diet, though healthy, would not give her the best chance of conceiving, particularly in her 30s.”

“Instead she has been advised to eat a lot more carbs and fatten up. She has agreed and David is over the moon.”

Although Victoria has agreed to overhaul her diet to conceive again, she won’t be gorging on any foods which are too calorie laden.

The source added: “She draws the line at junk food.”

In February, it was reported Victoria had become broody for a baby girl after her younger sister Louise announced she was expecting her fourth child.

A source close to the family said at the time: “Louise has just told everyone she is expecting and Vic has immediately become broody. She and David have always wanted a girl. He’d love more kids.”

The Spice Girls singer – who befriended the Girls Aloud star when her husband David Beckham played on the 2006 England soccer squad alongside Cheryl’s spouse Ashley Cole – has offered advice and support as her pal struggles to cope with allegations of Ashley’s infidelity.

Victoria said: “I support Cheryl 100 per cent. I have not spoken to her, but I’m always there for her. I’m behind her – I feel for anyone going through a tough time.”

“I have so much sympathy for Cheryl. My heart goes out to her – both as a woman and as someone in the media spotlight.”

“I feel for her so much, it’s a horrible situation but she’s a fantastic, strong woman and she will be fine. David’s not a Premiership player now, so I can’t relate entirely. But I do sympathize.”

Meanwhile, Simon Cowell has also vowed to help the 26-year-old pop star beauty – who he works with on the judging panel of UK TV talent show “The X Factor” – through her troubles and has praised her for being a “strong girl” and handling the situation well.

He told the Mail Online: “She’s a friend and you’re always going to be there for friends.”

“She’s going through a hard time, but you know, she’s a strong girl. I’ve been in touch and I’m there for her.”

Discussing whether or not she should divorce the sportsman, Simon added: “You’ve got to do what feels right for you.”

Cheryl is due to have crisis talks with her estranged husband this week for the first time since she announced they were separating on February 23, following claims he had sex with several other women and sent them explicit photo messages.

In 2008, it was also claimed Ashley had cheated on Cheryl and slept with hairdresser Aimee Walton.

The “Fight for This Love” star didn’t wear her wedding rings for eight months after these allegations and also admitted she was disappointed Victoria hadn’t been in touch to offer support.
