Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are planning to marry in June.

The couple – who have had an on/off relationship since 2006 – decided they were ready to commit after enjoying a romantic holiday together in France in February.

A source said: “They realized how devoted they are to each other. They don’t want to ever be apart again”

“Kate and Owen don’t feel the need for flashy engagement rings, they’re planning to tie the knot in June.”

The couple are said to be torn between having their wedding at Kate’s mother Goldie Hawn’s house in Aspen or Owen’s home in Hawaii.

They have decided to keep the ceremony small, and Kate – who has a five-year-old son Ryder with her ex-husband Chris Robinson – is shopping for a wedding dress.

A source added to the National Enquirer magazine: “She looked at some designers when she and Owen were in Paris.”

“She’s really into Dior but hasn’t chosen anything yet. She’ll probably wear something simple and flowing.”

“Owen and Ryder have bonded so well since he and Kate first started dating. Owen already thinks of Ryder as his son.”

Jennifer Aniston had no idea she would be upstaged by the dogs in her new movie.

The 40-year-old actress admits she and Owen Wilson often struggled to steal the limelight from their canine co-stars while filming romantic comedy “Marley and Me.”

Speaking about the character of Marley – who was played by 22 different Golden Labradors – Jennifer joked at the UK premiere of the film in London’s Leicester Square last night (March 2, 2009): “They didn’t warn us about that. Those dogs in the movie were really good!”

Owen, who looked dashing in a dark grey Burberry suit, laughingly revealed the dogs didn’t always behave themselves during filming.
He explained: “There was one scene where one of the Labradors kind of lifted his leg and he wasn’t supposed to.”

Owen – whose own pet Garcia had a cameo in the movie – insists he and Jennifer enjoyed working with the lovable animals because they are both dog owners.

He explained: “I had a real soft spot for Copper, who was a 25-year-old Labrador. But they all did great.”

Both stars braved chilly temperatures to sign autographs and pose for photographs with fans.

Jennifer – who was wearing a blue floor-length strapless Burberry dress and Azzedine Alaia high heels – didn’t stop shivering until she slipped on a black Burberry fitted jacket.

The former “Friends” actress revealed she hopes to work with Owen, also 40, again in the future. Speaking about a possible collaboration, Jennifer said: “That would be nice. We had a great time.”

“Marley and Me” – based on the best-selling autobiographical book by John Grogan – tells the story of a young married couple who end up buying a puppy which they soon realize is the “world’s worst dog.”

In Jennifer and Owen’s case, they are asked whether they thought a woman could identify her Husky dogs by listening to them lapping soup.

When host Thomas Gottschalk revealed whoever lost would have to munch on a dog biscuit, Owen spluttered: “I wish I had known the stakes first.”

The woman guessed correctly, so Thomas asked both the Hollywood actors to join him in one of the unusual morsels.

Jennifer squealed: “But I guessed right!”

Thomas replied: “You’re a team, just like the dogs.”

Delighted Jennifer had to join him in the forfeit, Owen hugged his co-star and said: “Honey, we’re in this together.”

After handing out the biscuits, Thomas said: “I’ll eat one, I’m the host. And Owen, you have to eat one.”

“Jennifer, you can eat it if you want, but I’d really like to be able to tell my grandkids that I ate dog biscuits with Jennifer Aniston.”

The trio eventually tucked in, with Jennifer commenting: “They’re a little dry.”

Owen appeared to enjoy his, prompting Thomas to give him a handful to enjoy later.

The couple – who have had an on/off relationship since 2006 – visited the port of Trouville-sur-Mer on Tuesday (Feb 24, 2009), and enjoyed an intimate lunch at restaurant Les Vapeurs.

A staff member said: “They were like any normal young couple. She held his hand and they were very nice, no pretensions.”

After an hour-long lunch, the pair drove to the 18th century port of Honfleur, where they wandered around shops and visited art galleries.

The Hollywood stars later returned to Trouville, where they stopped at small backstreet restaurant L’Inattendu for dinner.

A fellow diner said: “They were very comfortable with each other. There was lots of talking going on between them, laughter.”

On Wednesday (Feb 25, 2009) Kate, 29, and Owen, 40, returned to Les Vapeurs for lunch, before traveling to the Normandy Cemetery – where those who lost their lives in the D-Day landings in World War II are buried.

The pair then returned to Paris, where Owen teamed up with Jennifer Aniston to promote new movie “Marley and Me.”

The couple sparked rumors they had rekindled their romance earlier this month when Kate was seen visiting Owen at his Malibu home.

A source said: “Kate has been coming to the house religiously. She is here at least a couple times a week and she has been sunbathing in the back yard, hanging out by the swimming pool.”

Despite her success with men, Kate confessed she has been on some bad dates in the past – and is often insulted by her friends’ ideas of a good love match for her.

She explained: “I went on one where I just left because he was so boring. It’s like, ‘It’s really nice to meet you’ – moving on!”

During an interview after his alleged suicide attempt, the Hollywood actor Owen Wilson talked about everything but the suicide attempt. Director Wes Anderson questioned him for an interview which was also published on Myspace.com.

Owen talked about his trip to India and also admitted that monkeys had trapped him when he was shooting for “The Darjeeling Limited”.

Further in the interview, Wilson said ‘I would say it’s maybe, maybe my favourite.’ He added he was interested in the theme saying: ‘My character says ‘I want us to become brothers again like we used to be.’ I really like that line and it means a lot to me.’

Never in the interview did Owen talk about his suicide attempt. He had tried committing suicide in Augues this year.
