Naomi Watts has named her newborn son Samuel Kai.
The 40-year-old actress – who welcomed the baby, who weighed a healthy 7lb 13oz, into the world on Saturday (Dec 13, 2008) – chose the name with the help of her husband Liev Schreiber, the couple's representative revealed.
The spokesman added: "Both mom and baby are doing great."
Naomi and Liev already have 16-month-old son Alexander together.
