Who do we thank for this?

Oh, OK: We’d like to thank the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for nominating Lost in best drama! Because you know what that means, don’t you? In just two short months we can enjoy hot castmembers in formal wear!

Yay, and congrats to the entire Lost team! Additional kudos to the good and kind Michael Emerson, who got himself another Best Supporting Actor nom. Congrats to Ben Linus—you are an evil delight.

It’s also worth noting that of the five best drama writing nods, four (yes, four!) went to some variation of Matthew Weiner for Mad Men and only Damon and Carlton’s writing on “The Incident” held the line against the Mad Men writing tsunami. (Sorry, Mad Men is a really good show, but Lost is our first and truest love.)

The countdown to the Incident (and the Lost season finale) has begun, and it’s not yet clear whether the Losties will prevent the Incident, cause it or merely suffer through it as victims.

But which players are in a position to do what?

And what’s the deal with fancy newfangled Locke? We’ve got your look back at what happened in “Follow the Leader,” along with a mess of all-new insight into the finale from the real Lost leader, Mr. Damon Lindelof himself.

What strange new Locke is this? Locke really has changed.

Does he truly have a purpose (as he claims) or is he just a reanimated dead guy like Christian Shepherd, whose zombie ways are unknowable to us at this moment? Whatever the cause, the consequence is that Locke is no longer the waffling follower we once knew.

This new Locke has clearcut goals, acts with the utmost confidence and plays with Ben and Richard Alpert like they were Lego people. What is his goal? Per Locke himself, his mission is twofold

: ( “If there’s a way to save our people, I’ll find it,” and, he’s going to kill Jacob.

Why? Among other motives, apparently this new Locke comes equipped with a surplus of reason. He’s become a rational skeptic and he questions the unknowable god that is Jacob.

Who would have imagined that flaky ol’ Locke could change so much? For that matter, at some point in the last five seasons, Kate turned into a voice of reason: “Since when did shooting kids and blowing up hydrogen bombs become OK?” Jack, on the other hand, is a newborn devotee of destiny and predetermination.

Quite the reversal!

Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on the show “Lost,” is being sued for sexual harassment.

According to a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Chelsea Stone claims that while working on the show, Cusick placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.
She also claims Cusick “placed his face on top of [her] breasts, moving his face from side to side.” He then squeezed her breasts with his hands.

According to the lawsuit, approximately twelve days after this went down, Stone was let go. ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named as defendants. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Cusick’s rep had no comment.

Bollywood hottie Bipasha Basu is all set to make her presence felt in Hollywood.

Bipasha caught the attention of many people throughout the world when she hosted the New Seven Wonders of the World event in Lisbon in July with Hollywood stars Hilary Swank and Ben Kingsley. After that, Bipasha signed Simone Sheffield as her manager in Hollywood. Simone is already the international manager of Aishwarya Rai .

Talking about Bipasha’s foray into Hollywood, Simone told a Mumbai-based tabloid that Bipasha will work in two English movies to be made by prominent Hollywood studios.

Simone further adds that Bipasha has got another Hollywood offer on the table but things are not yet finalized because the male star of the film is still to be decided.

While Simone refuses to reveal anything about these projects, there is a rumour going around that Bipasha is being considered for a plum role in the future episodes of famous TV series ‘Lost’.

Of late, Bollywood beauties have begun catching a lot of attention in Hollywood. Aishwarya Rai is already working in Pink Panther 2. Mallika Sherawat will be seen as a Muslim woman in Unveiled. Celina Jaitely also signed a Hollywood project recently.
