Winding down her day after a busy day out and about, Kelly Brook was spotted in London, England this afternoon (March 23).

Kelly Brook has embarked a grueling diet

and fitness regime with the help of her boyfriend, British rugby player Danny Cipriani.

The 29-year-old model is said to be so impressed by Danny’s toned body she has asked him to come up with a plan to help her shape up after a calorific Christmas.

A source said: “Danny has an incredible physique and works really hard to maintain it. Watching him go off to the gym every day, Kelly has been inspired to follow suit and get fit.”

“She also loves how much food he can eat on his regime, and thinks if a bit of hard work on the treadmill means she can eat what she likes then it’s worth it.”

Danny has reportedly made an intensive workout plan for Kelly, which includes power squats, bench presses and a variety of other exercises the 21-year-old sportsman uses in his training sessions with his rugby team the London Wasps. Read more »

Kelly Brook found it strange being on her own after splitting with her fiancé Billy Zane this year.

She was with Billy, 42, for 5 years, following her 7-year relationship with actor Jason Statham, 36.

‘It felt weird being single,’ she says. ‘All my life I’d been in long-term relationships and I didn’t know what it was like to be on my own.

‘I was worried about whether anyone would chat me up.’

Kelly, 28, is now dating England Rugby star Danny Cipriani, 20.

‘Danny’s lovely and I’m having fun,’ she says. ‘But it’s early days.’

Kelly Brook broke down in tears after she was stopped by British police.

The actress was given a ticket by officers after she was seen driving away from traffic lights in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, while talking on her cell phone.

A source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “The officers didn’t treat her differently than anyone else. They explained it was against the law and gave her a stern talking to.” Read more »

Kelly Brook has signed an extension to her contract with New Look.

The reported six-figure deal will see the model-and-presenter design three more collections for the British high street chain.

Kelly will put her name to swimwear and underwear collections which will go on sale later this year, and then another swimwear collection in 2009.
