Cinematheque to Honour Julia Roberts
Actress Julia Roberts will be honoured at the 22nd American Cinematheque award.
The American Cinematheque Award annually honours 'an extraordinary artist in the entertainment industry who is fully engaged in his or her work and is committed to making a significant contribution to the art of the motion pictures'.
The Oscar winning actress will be presented the award at the Beverly Hilton's International Ballroom on October 12,
Rupert Everett Leads Gay Mardi Gras in Sydney
British actor Rupert Everett and 250 men dressed as pop singer Kylie Minogue were among 8,000 revelers who marched through Sydney late Saturday for the 29th annual Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.
The yearly parade began as a street demonstration in 1978, but has since morphed into one of the city's biggest outdoor parties, attracting thousands of spectators from around the world.
