Shannen Doherty will appear in the new ''Beverly Hills 90210'' spin-off, it has been confirmed.
Shannen, who played Brenda Walsh in the original hit US TV series, has agreed to join her former co-stars Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling for the new program, The CW television network announced on Saturday (July 19, 2008).
