Britney Spears has topped a list of 'Top Hollywood Meltdown of 2007'.
The troubled pop star beat out the likes of Owen Wilson and Paris Hilton to take the top spot thanks to her stints in rehab, head-shaving, pantyless partying and disastrous MTV Video Music Awards performance.
The poll was conducted by American magazine Us.
