Denise Richards isn’t looking to have any more kids anytime soon.

“I always say, ‘I used to have plans, but those went out the window because of the last three years,’” she told me yesterday while promoting the second season of her E! reality show, Denise Richards: It’s Complicated (premiering June 7).

“As a single mom, I have my hands full with two daughters, but at the moment I’m good,” she added. That doesn’t mean she’s not looking for a new man…

Actually, maybe complicated is the wrong word. “Pitchy” is more like it.

While we give Denise Richards major points for attempting to perform “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” during the Chicago Cubs seventh inning stretch, our very own E! reality star should probably stick to what she does best—selling her funbags!

Denise Richards is struggling to find a new man.

The “Wild Things” actress, who is divorced from Charlie Sheen and previously dated rocker Richie Sambora, wants to find love and is tired of being romantically linked to every guy she is seen with.

When asked if she is dating, Denise said: “I am dating-ish. It is hard.”

“If you’re out in public with someone, then people automatically think you’re with them, so it can be difficult. I haven’t quite figured out how to meet somebody.”

“That is the -ish part. Let’s say I am not engaged to anyone.”

Denise filed for divorce from Charlie in 2005 after three years of marriage. The pair – who have two daughters, four-year-old Sam and Lola Rose, three – battled over custody of their kids and Denise sought a restraining order against Charlie after claiming he had threatened to kill her.

Denise is now reluctant to take a new man home because she is afraid it will upset her kids.

The 38-year-old beauty added to US talk show host Ellen DeGeneres: “I don’t want to bring someone around my children who have been through enough.”

Denise admits she struggled to cope with divorcing Charlie and the death of her mother Joni in 2007, saying: “It was probably the worst few years of my life.”

She added: “Before my mom passed away she would always say, ‘You’re a lot stronger than you think. You’ll get through it.’”

“Then she passed away, so I had to deal with that, which was really difficult.”

“I could’ve gone one way or the other, and I have two little girls, so I needed to be a parent. There is a lot of stuff obviously they don’t know, but I had to move forward.”

Denise Richards would never consider becoming a lesbian because she loves men too much.

The 37-year-old actress – who is currently starring in a reality show entitled “Denise Richards: It’s Complicated” – famously starred in a lesbian sex scene in “Wild Things,” but says she doesn’t want to go down that road in real life.

She said: “No, I’d never do that – I love men!”

Denise – who has two daughters Sam, four, and three-year-old Lola with ex-husband Charlie Sheen – also revealed despite going through a bitter divorce battle with the “Two and a Half Men” actor, she is determined to stay positive.

She added: “I am in a happy place now.”

“I always try to stay positive even though I’ve been going through some of the worst possible stuff.”

“I have two beautiful girls and I concentrate on them.”

“I can’t change the other stuff that goes on and what has happened in the past.”

Denise – who has also dated Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora and “ER” actor John Stamos – recently revealed she can’t resist passionate men.

She said: “I admit I have a weakness for guys that have dark hair and are passionate in bed, what is wrong with that?”

Two freelance photographers are suing Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson, charging that Richards assaulted them when they tried to take her picture and that the women lied about the scuffle.

According to the lawsuit filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Richards and Anderson were at the River Rock Casino Resort in British Columbia, Canada, on Nov. 9, 2006, to work on the upcoming film “Blonde and Blonder.”

When Richards saw Scott Cosman and Rik Fedyck taking her picture, according to the lawsuit, she became enraged, called them “paparazzi scum” and other names, assaulted them, seized their laptop computers and threw the laptops over a hotel balcony.

The confrontation, which lasted more than 20 minutes, was recorded by hotel security cameras, according to the photographers.

Afterward, they said, Richards and Anderson “made repeated false and defamatory statements to law enforcement and various media outlets which were deliberately calculated to embarrass, humiliate and ridicule plaintiffs.”

Attorneys and representatives for Richards and Anderson did not immediately respond Saturday to e-mails and phone calls seeking comment.

The photographers, who seek unspecified damages, said the incident caused them to lose revenue when clients abandoned them and also caused them emotional stress.

While speculations were high that Denise Richards and Richie Sambora are engaged, the actress has denied the rumours. Soon after filing for divorce from Charlie Sheen, Richards had jumped into the pants of next-door neighbor Richie, who earlier in the year divorced Richards’s (ex-) best friend, Heather Locklear. The couple’s togetherness also sparked rumours that they are engaged.

But when Richards was asked on Saturday if she and the Bon Jovi guitarist are engaged, but the ‘Wild Things’ actress insisted they were not.

“No, he’s not even divorced yet!” Tittletattle.com quoted her, as telling a reporter of X17.

Meanwhile, Richards and Sheen are no longer husband and wife, their marriage was terminated in Los Angeles on November 17.
