Christina Aguilera has ”a newfound respect” for her body after giving birth to son Max Liron in January.

The “Dirrty” singer – who welcomed son Max Liron, her first child with husband Jordan Bratman, into the world in January – was amazed at how much the female anatomy could endure during labor.

She said: “I really have a newfound respect for the female body after going through this process. I still have a way to go with losing the weight but I will start working out and boxing soon, but I’m not going to go crazy about it.”

Christina also revealed how she managed to lose her post-pregnancy pounds. She added: “I had to really curb my love for junk food.”

“And it’s not just about looking good. I don’t want to get heart disease or cancer. It’s important to take care of yourself – especially as a woman.”

Christina Aguilera says ”playing board games” helps keep her marriage to Jordan Bratman alive.

The 27-year-old singer – who gave birth to Max, her first child with Jordan, in January – revealed the couple have frequent “date nights,” and love competing against each other in a variety of games.

She said: “I have the most wonderful partner in Jordan. We make it a priority to work on our marriage. You have to take it seriously and respect each other and be a team.”

“We always have date nights as well – it helps to keep the marriage alive after you have kids. My husband and I love to play board games together!”

Christina also revealed she is keen to extend her brood because she has found being a mother such a rewarding experience.

When asked if she had any plans for a sibling for Max, Christina replied to America’s OK! magazine: “I hope so. We definitely want to have another child.”

“Having Max has been an amazing experience. He surprises every day. In a year, he has grown so much, now he crawls and is starting to walk.”

When asked if it is ever inappropriate to don necklaces, earrings, rings or bracelets, Christina replied: “Not appropriate is not something I live by.”

“Probably the only time I did not wear jewelry was when I gave birth to my son, and only then because I was so swollen.”

Christina said: “It’s a taste of things to come because these new recordings are in the vein of the next studio album.”

“Linda helped me play around with different sounds. When you hear the new recordings people are like, ‘Linda did that?’ because it’s a very futuristic sound.”

Christina – who admits she is amazed to have already enjoyed 10 years of success – has also slammed reports she is a “b***h,” claiming she is simply confident and driven.

She said: “I’m running a business, and sometimes being the boss of your own empire and creation, you have to be assertive. Being a female, that comes with being labelld a b***h and given titles that men wouldn’t receive.”

Britain’s Princes William and Harry partied with Christina Aguilera and Paris Hilton on Wednesday night (Oct 15, 2008).The royals spent much of the evening drinking cocktails with the showbiz pair at exclusive London night spot Whisky Mist.

Paris attempted to get acquainted with Harry by performing a raunchy dance for him, but the prince was more interested in spending time with his girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

A source said: “Harry clearly didn’t want to speak to her but she did a sexy dance in front of him and he finally stood up to shake her hand.”
