Britney Spears has been all about spending time at the pool with her boys over the past few weeks, but this afternoon the trio was joined by family in Miami for their fun in the sun.

Jamie Lynn brought along her daughter Maddie, both of them sporting bikinis for the occasion.

Even mom Lynne was decked out in a two-piece, while Jamie, Sean, and Jayden splashed around in their trunks.

Britney Spears and her dad took Sean Preston and Jayden James to see The Little Mermaid on Broadway yesterday evening.

Their family is in Manhattan ahead of Britney’s Madison Square Garden performances, which are taking place over the next three nights as the singer resumes her tour again after a break.

No matter what city she’s in, Brit seems to be prioritizing keeping her boys entertained with new cultural experiences while they travel together.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins should’ve just bought a ticket for the Circus.

The woman who was arrested in April outside Britney Spears‘ Calabasas home after security guards caught her peering into a ground-floor window was cleared of trespassing Thursday but found guilty of misdemeanor peeking.

For real! We didn’t know that existed, either!

Tozier-Robbins told E! News at the time that there was “no obsession with Britney”; rather, she had been practicing documentary filmmaking, paparazzi-style (which, to her apparently, meant in an invasive and illegal manner).

For peeking, the 26-year-old has been sentenced to three years’ probation, fined $100 plus penalties and ordered to continuing staying at least 100 yards away from Spears, her kids and her residence, as per the terms of a previous restraining order. Tozier-Robbins must also perform 240 hours of community service.

We’re thinking window washing might be in order.

No, actually, that is not one of the ways in which the United States would be different if Britney Spears were president.

This time, Brit was in a skimpy purple suit while the boys sported swimmies to help keep them afloat.

Jason Trawick wasn’t there to join the fun, amid news that they might be on the outs.

Brit’s been chilling in LA for the past few weeks but she’ll soon be off again for the next leg of her Circus tour, and Jordin Sparks was just added as an opening act for some of the upcoming shows.

Britney Spears took her Circus to Berlin over the weekend, smiling big as she left her hotel while her boyfriend Jason Trawick was in charge of picking up her Starbucks.

Last night she performed in the German city and after that she has some time off before her tour returns to North America next month.

When she’s finally wrapped up her international travel in November, Britney’s father Jamie is ready to talk to a judge about ending his conservatorship — trusting Brit after all of her good behavior.

A source tells E! News that the “Gimme More” singer will remain in conservatorship at least until the end of her tour this fall but that her father, Jamie Spears, has been planning all along to relinquish control over his famous daughter’s affairs once she’s deemed ready.

“The whole idea is to get her back in control,” said the insider.

Orlando Bloom got some help from a friend Thursday when he needed to fix his motorcycle in NYC.

The 27-year-old star has been photographed wearing a Star of David necklace during her world tour and has even recruited a rabbi to help her study the faith.

An insider said: “Britney wants to try the religion Jason was brought up with.”
It’s not the first time Britney has changed faith. She dabbled in Kabbalah – which is a mystical off-shoot of Judaism – in 2005 after Madonna suggested it.

Meanwhile, Britney’s ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has been ordered to stand trial for felony assault with a deadly weapon, battery and hit-and-run after he allegedly tried to run over a court official in February.

The Los Angeles man had been trying to serve the paparazzo with legal papers when he was hit by Adnan’s vehicle.

Adnan will be arraigned on July 23. If he is convicted, he faces up to seven years in prison.

Britney Spears squeezed in some more sight-seeing time with her boys in Paris tonight before moving to the next stop on her tour.

She and her entourage headed to the Eiffel Tower which looks like it impressed both Sean and Jayden.

The Cruises spent their Fourth of July weekend in their new Summer home in Melbourne. Katie started filming Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark on Friday before joining her costar Guy Pearce and 47-year-old birthday boy Tom at an AFL football game that night.

On Sunday Tom and Katie brought Suri to a matinee performance of Jersey Boys where she sang along to her favorite Frankie Valli songs.

While the family is settling in Australia, we’re back in the States eagerly awaiting Katie’s So You Think You Can Dance performance on July 23.

In a four-page response to Lutfi’s suit, Spears’ attorneys argue
that any verbal agreement made between the popster and Lutfi is void
because he made “false promises” to get her to agree to the terms under
which he would get paid.

“I was hardly shocked that they didn’t agree with our position,”
Lutfi attorney Bryan Freedman tells E! News. “But I think there is
ample evidence of this contract. There are writings that indicate the
same. At the end of the day there won’t be much dispute about this
issue.”

Britney Spears has one less legal scuffle to come home to.

Attorneys for the touring poptart have settled a lawsuit brought by a manger Spears worked with in the early aughts who complained that she broke her agreement to pay him commissions until 2008.

The “Toxic” singer worked with Johnny Wright until 2003, according to the suit, and she stopped cutting him checks at the end of 2006.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed, per the Los Angeles Times.

Also in court today, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz, who has been overseeing Spears’ conservatorship and approving money exchanges right and left, signed off on another $193,000 in legal fees to be paid by Spears’ estate mainly to the attorneys who handled this case.

Meanwhile, Spears had the night off Friday in between shows at London’s O2 Arena, where she’s set to perform eight times before moving the Circus to Manchester’s M.E.N. Arena on June 17.

If nothing else, Britney Spears has never been accused of stepping on anybody’s toes.

A grieved paparazzo has sued the Circus star for rolling over his foot with her Mercedes convertible in 2007, a headline-grabber that was captured on video and was one of a trio of incidents in which a vehicle being driven by Spears left a tire tread on someone’s tootsy, including one belonging to a sheriff’s deputy.

Shutterbug Ricardo Mendoza, who was employed by TMZ at the time, did not press charges; instead, he filed a lawsuit Friday claiming assault, battery and negligence.

Spears “intentionally, deliberately, wantonly, maliciously and with a conscious disregard for the rights, health, and safety of others” drove her car in a way that caused her to “drive, push, ram and/or barrel through a crowd of people…severely injuring plaintiff,” the complaint states.

We spotted her earlier in a different bikini on the beach enjoying her vacation with her family and rumored boyfriend Jason Trawick before she heads to Europe to continue her tour.

The singer tweeted from the Caribbean saying “Nothing better than a day at the beach with my family!”

Just in case you were worried that Britney Spears couldn’t possibly afford to pay all those legal bills and lead her usual swanky lifestyle—fear not.

Sure, Spears’ estate shelled out more than $3 million in legal fees between Feb. 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, including the $625,000 she was ordered to hand over to Kevin Federline for his family court expenses.

But she had plenty left over, considering she racked up bills of $447,634 for security; $49,387 for home repairs and maintenance; $105,000 to rent her Malibu digs; and $178,818 for childcare.

Other expenses that qualify Spears’ status as rich: $188,556 on assistants and other employees; $285,594 in mortgage payments; $5,998 for “decorations”; and $1.06 million in “miscellaneous business expenses.”

All told, Spears spent upward of $10 million during those 11 months.

It’s good to be the pop princess.
