B’wood to Strike in Support of Dutt
Come December 12 and the entire film industry will have a nationwide strike. There will be no work for the film fraternity for the D Day as they are supporting Sanjay Dutt in his difficult time.
The idea of the strike is of Suniel Shetty who believes Sanjay Dutt has given enough to the industry and the industry wallahs, be it top actors or the grass root level people, Sanjay has helped them all. Hence in his time of difficulty they want to show their support towards him.
All the film associations have agreed to the idea of the strike. There will be a march towards Film City on 12th December and everyone will sign a petition. Sanjay Dutt has been found guilty under the arms act but has been freed of any charges under TADA.
When Sanjay Dutt found out what Suniel Shetty and his other friends in the industry are doing for him, he became quite emotional and cried like a baby. Sanjay Dutt, you need not worry. The entire film industry is with you.
DUTT’S NEPHEW TO MAKE DEBUT
Sanjay Dutt’s nephew, Nilesh Sahaya is all set to make his debut in Bollywood. He has been signed for a film called Ek Duje Ke Liye to be produced by Deepak Shivdasani of Julie fame. Nilesh is the son of small time yesteryear actress Zaheeda who is Sanjay Dutts’s cousin.
Nilesh considers Sanjay Dutt to be his greatest idol and his films are his favorites. In Ek Duje Ke Liye, he plays a romantic hero opposite Anishka Khosla who has earlier done plays. Talks are also on with Rekha and Vinod Khanna to play two pivotal characters in the film.
I believe that such strike and signing petition amounts to contempt of the court.
