Ashley Tisdale Touts Her Blonde Ambition
How did Ashley Tisdale become a star? Was it her singing voice, her acting talent or just her good looks and the fact that she got to hang around Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron and a little of that star power rubbed off? While all of the prior assets might be accurate, Ashley credits her mane.
Page Six.Com reports that Ashley believes that it wasn’t a lucky break or a lot of hard work; it was going blonde. The High School Musical star claims the secret of her success was changing her naturally brunette hair color to the lighter shade.
The Post’s gossip column’s online website notes that the 22-year-old actress and singer, who plays spoiled, selfish brat Sharpay Evans in the spectacularly popular High School Musical film series says, “It suits my personality. I guess I was a brunette with a blonde personality.” Ashley reveals, “At first it was really shocking and I didn’t know what to think, it felt like another person in the mirror. But now I am comfortable with it.”
The item also notes that Ashley intends to keep her success by staying out of trouble, saying, “I don’t drink, I don’t smoke and I don’t go clubbing so a lot of those problems go away.”
She’s successful because she has mad comedy chops, and she found her niche with disney. The hair doesn”t have much to do with it.
