Anne Heche Welcome Baby Boy
Anne Heche has given birth to a boy.
The “Nip/Tuck” star and her partner James Tupper welcomed 6lb 12oz Atlas into the world over the weekend.
Her representative confirmed: “Mother and baby are both doing well. Anne and James are ecstatic.”
Anne – who began dating James in 2007 after meeting on the set of US TV show “Men In Trees” – already has a seven-year-old son, Homer, with her ex-husband Coley Laffoon.
A source added: “Homer is very excited to be a big brother.”
Anne’s divorce from Coley – who she was married to for five years – was finalized earlier this week, following nine months spent agreeing on custody of Homer and the split of their assets.
According to court documents, Anne must give Coley a $515,000 lump sum payment.
The couple will share custody of Homer, with Anne paying Coley $3,500 a month in child support.
Anne, 39, filed for divorce in 2007 citing irreconcilable differences.
