Angelina Jolie is said to be feeling ill and stressed with her second pregnancy.
The actress is rumoured to be expecting twins with partner Brad Pitt, 44, but insiders say she’s not having an easy time of it.
‘Angie has gestational diabetes,’ says a source. ‘She’s sick and irritable and feels heavy and weak.’
Angelina, 32, is due to give birth in July. She already has daughter Shiloh, 1, and adopted kids Maddox, 6, Pax Thien, 4, and Zahara, 3.
